1. Use of the App

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  
  

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  
  

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
  
  

• Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
  
  

4. User Content

• You may create and store travel plans or itineraries within the App.
  
  

• You retain ownership of your content but grant us permission to store and display it within the App for your personal use.
  
  

• We do not share, sell, or distribute your data to any third parties.
  
  

5. Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and design elements within the App are the property of ULC TECH or its licensors.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ULC TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Your continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
